Field Stone Fruit Wines, Alberta's first cottage winery, opened in July of 2005. Located forty minutes east of Calgary, Alberta, our winery sits on 50 acres of mature berry orchards. All wines are 100% produced from our luscious crops of raspberries, strawberries, wild black cherries, black currants and saskatoon berries.

For many years, our popular U-Pick orchard has been known for its exceptional fruit, harvesting extra-sweet berries using biological farming principles. As we like to say at Bumbleberry Orchards, our berries are grown in harmony with nature. Now their wonderful flavours are vinted and ready for tasting. Fruit wines are here for those who wish to expand their wine-tasting experience.

Our winery opened Thursday, May 20th, for the 2010 summer season.

Hours for June: 12 noon to 6pm, Thursday to Sunday.

Hours for July/August: 10 am to 6pm, Thursday to Sunday.

We are located 10 km south of Strathmore, Alberta, on Highway 817.

You can also get to us by taking Highway 22X (901) east of Calgary to Highway 817 and driving 5.5 kms north. Watch for our sign in the driveway.
