½ cup saskatoon berries (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsp. Saskatoon Berry Dessert Wine
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. basil paste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Puree in blender and pour over your favourite greens.
