Field Stone's award winning Fruit Wines are premium table wines, with a drier and more subtle finish than one would expect from a wine crafted from Alberta berries.

Cherry
Fruit Wine
This off-dry fruit wine, vinted from Alberta’s finest red cherry varieties, offers a tangy, but fruity flavour. Great with grilled pork tenderloin, roasted ham, and game.
Black Currant
Fruit Wine
This dry fruit wine is moderately oaked, creating an earthy but refined flavour, with a delightful berry finish. Marries well with bison burgers, grilled flank steak or lamb.
Strawberry-Rhubarb
Fruit Wine
This slightly-sweeter fruit wine marries succulent strawberries with tangy rhubarb, offering a pleasing, fruity aroma with a drier finish. Pairs with vegetable salads or smoked cheeses.

Field Stone Dessert Wines are a premium series of dessert and fortified fruit wines made from fresh, plump Alberta fruit and berries with alcohol content between 12.5-16%.
These sweet and semi-sweet varietals are the perfect way to finish a meal, with dessert, chocolate, cheeses and savories.
They can also be mixed into martinis, cocktails, spritzers or lemonades for extra-special sipping!
